The frequency is fine with me.
However, my real question concerns the content of this message. In addition to a list of pages that have changed, I'm considering including the actual changes to the wiki pages (like a diff/patch).
Don't do this as this will for some days result in huge emails. The current behaviour is OK, I usually go on that page and veiw there the diffs when I'm interested.
