Hellow every body,

first of all, I have to congratulate to the lyx community on
their good job.

I must admit I'm not a latex user (got scared when I first saw its
syntax)
but lyx is very tempting.

So far I've been using a very nice package called interleaf
(commercial though) that probably has spoilt me. This word
processor has its own file manager that allows to organize
your documents in a very graphic way.
For example a report (or a book) is just a folder
(a container) wherein your organize your files (documents).
Rearrenging the chapters of your thesis could be as simple
as moving around the files within that folder.

You can also define a cabinet (another container) which is
a collection of reports, or a drawer which just a collection
of documents.

I was wondering if such a feature is also possible for lyx.
It could well be that open source file managers could be
adapted for this task.

Thank you very much for your attention,
Carlos.
