Paul, I deleted most of the book after the introduction and the deleted part contained the warnings. Now the Preface and Introduction are free of warnings. There must have been something other than the directly indicated cause that generated the warnings. As I write I'll check and if there's a non-obvious issue I'll create a MWE and post it.
