A sequence of multiple buffer exports works in 2.3.0 -- they did not do so in 2.2, and I had to write a shell script to circumvent it (that sometimes worked, sometimes not). For example now I have the keyboard shortcut command-sequence buffer-write; buffer-export pdflatex; buffer-export pdf2
assigned to a keyboard shortcut. This automatically saves a lyx file, a latex file, and a pdf file. I'm just posting in case anyone might be interested. And thanks for fixing that in 2.3!
