Hi Ricardo, welcome in our group of LyX openSUSE Leap 15.0 victims :-) I think, you're working with 15.0, because there is no 15.1 version out. Our research until now showed, that this seems to be a problem of the openSUSE Leap 15.0 environment, because the LyX_screefonts (\int, ...) in LyX 2.2.4 and 2.3.0 are working correct in openSUSE Leap 42.3 . Might be TeXLive 2018 will bring some help, but I've tried not yet. Might be it's a KDE-Plasma-fault, or anything other, ... The generated PDF is pleasingly Ok.
