Hello, On a PC running windows 7, we installed Miktex and Lyx, but, every time we get the following error message:
The system reconfiguration has failed. Default textclass is used but LyX may not be able to work properly. Please reconfigure again if needed. I checked article.cls is on the PC. The path seems OK. We cannot even get the setting of a new document.
