\htmladdnormallink{Name}{http://www.url.com}
In the DVI, only Name will appear.
Another option is to use \htmladdnormallink{Name}{http://www.url.com}
The difference is that with the latter, the DVI will contain Name, and then
the URL will appear as footnote.
