My math-panel is at edit menu. It does not have enough math symbols too. Anyway, I made a bunch of key bindings and bind every symbol I need to keys. It is all in the form of
\bind "C-s something" "math-insert symbol" Even lyx can not display some of the symbols, they can be compiled and printed.
