Ok, so maybe its time to introduce a few rules then. First of all, put a valid email address in your From: line. It is pretty annoying for people trying to help you to get their email bounced. Secondly, it has turned out that a sender name consisting of a single word only is a good indication of spam. So if you are interested in getting through spam filters, put a full name in there.
