This may be useful users of Lyx operating under Windows and/or those
converting Endnote to Bibtex
Having exported a bib file from Endnote and after opening and re-saving
with TKbibtex I found that citations in the dvi/pdf showed as (?)
However, a second manually created bib fie worked fine in the same
document with all refs showing correctly.
The exported bib file held keyword, note and abstract details and once
these had been removed from the file everything worked fine.
The exported bib file was only small and removing offending items not a
problem. However for a larger bib file this may take time.
So, I have knocked together a vb6 program that removes such headings +
contents from the bib file leaving a file that works ok.
If any one is interested I can email a full setup copy (1.4Mb) to them
or if they have vb6 then just the source code (37kb)
