Installing lyx 1.3.0pre3

Sorry for disturning again, but I'm not still able to install the Lyx 1.3.
Neither with the tarball nor with the src i can finalize the installation.
And i've noticed that the system says that cannot find the libxpm or libpm and 
forms.h, and that I must install the forms library.
But i have installed the latest forms library, say the 
libforms-1.0.0-0.1RC4mdk and the xforms-1.0-0.1RC4mdk.
I'm using Mandrake 9.0. 
Is any difference in the distribution, so the program can't find the forms 
library?
What can i do more?
I'll apreciate a suggestion.
