I have the same problem, whether I try to do the conversion from the
command prompt or from within LyX. I'm suspicious about the first line
of the error message:

> Error: /undefinedfilename in (files\\gs\\gs8.11\\bin\\gswin32c.exe)

I'm guessing you have the Ghostscript executable installed in C:\Program
files\gs\gs8.11\bin. My suspicion is that the space in "Program files"
is the culprit, but that leads to two questions I can't answer:

1. Where is convert getting the path to gswin32c?

2. Is there anything we can do about that space (such as escaping it)?
