It would appear that on Mar 12, Joe(theWordy)Philbrook did say: > Subject: Help:None of the "Page styles" output page numbers? [lyx ver 1.2.3] But I've since noticed that it only declines to include the page number for page one. Additional pages do actually get the page number...
My apology's for wasting peoples time with misinformation. I guess I wasn't observant enough when I looked for the page number in the pdf viewer... There wasn't much text on page 2 and I guess I didn't scroll down far enough... Sorry! Also this seams to be related to the letter.lyx template in some way. Because, if I simply start a new blank document and set: Layout|Document|(document tab)Class|Letter and paste in a large volume of standard paragraph environment text the output pdf will be numbered right from page 1 on. But if I create a letter using the template, the first page to get the page number is page 2. I do think page 1 should also get a number, but as long as the rest of the pages do, then I guess it's not that important. Sorry for the confusion. -- | | ^^^ ^^^ | <o> <o> Joe (theWordy) Philbrook | ^ J(tWdy)P | ___ <<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>> | | <sigh> But if I actually knew everything, then I'd know I was an idiot...
