Thanks, Bennett. I originally installed LyX using a link on Ronald's page to a self-installing binary. I don't remember a LyX-Setup script, but there could have been one and I've forgotten. Ronald gives an option for those who wish to build LyX/Mac, but I'm inexperienced enough that I would prefer the self-installing binary if possible.
