If they don't have full Acrobat,they can't annotate the PDF files directly as far as I know, so what to do?What works best for you?
They don't need the full version of Acrobat, its you that needs it.The annotation feature is built into Adobe reader, but must be activated when the PDF is created. And to activate it, you need the Pro version of Acrobat.
