Table Alignment

I'm using Lyx 1.5.3 on a Mac, with Mac OS X version 10.4.11.

I have a table inside a float, and the word "Measure" on the table looks aligned in Lyx, but when I compile into pdf it moves up. I haven't been able to fix its alignment. Here is the Lyx
