SV: creating a new class from a sty file not working

Hi

One problem I spotted with your layout file is 
that preamble should be placed last in the layout 
file like this:

Preamble 
 \usepackage{gionne}
EndPreamble

I hope that is enough to get it working :) 
If not return with the result...
