I need to use the Springer lncs style. I downloaded this: ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/llncs/latex2e/llncs2e.zip and uncompressed here: /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/llncs2e I see that lyx comes with a layout for but it still shows as unavailable.
