To find out, search your inbox for the welcome message, which says

and
"Please save this message so that you know the address you are
subscribed under, in case you later want to unsubscribe or change your
subscription address."
I have found it impossible to unsubscribe one address from lyx-devel
myself, though I have tried all of these options. I did manage to get
that address off lyx-users.
