Ah, yes that happens. Sometimes they get motivated by a user not wanting to use Word, other times they complain. You could give an MWE (post both the .lyx and .tex file there). Just try your best to make it (e.g. using Insert > Graphics), even if it won't be close. This will at least show what document class you're using and show that you're willing to spend some time and effort to help yourself, it's just (as you put in the comments) you don't have the LaTeX knowledge yet.
