A tablet PS is typically 2000 mAmp, that's no problem. A standard PC's port gives 500 mA maximum: could you 'feed' a M100 from a PC's USB port? Get a (approximately) 6 volt DC power supply. Then chop off the end and add the right connecor. ( and center negative.)
