Sorry, I missed the power-cycle part of the instructions.  I was going to try 
it but I was really tired last night (fell asleep playing Zork) - will try 
after work is finished for the day.

I did get it working by using F7 within RXCMGR to remove it completely, but 
that's overkill if CTRL-X followed by power-cycle does the job.

Tonight I'll try it the way you specify in the note, and also (if I'm feeling 
brave) try a wipe and restore.
