[M100] TPDD logic board errors

Anyone have a service manual for the TPDD? With the assistance of a 
second unit that is working, I have determined the logic board has an 
issue.  On power, it waits for a bit and then just starts blinking the 
power LED.  Or, is there someone who fixes these I can message?
