I wrote a 100/102 detokenizer last night because I needed one and couldn't find one. Probably I didn't look hard enough, I'm sure there are others!
The emulators can do the job generally, but they would only pop an error and give up. DETOKE100 doesn't care, it just decodes :-) You can download from my personal library at Club100.
