So far, I have only found an obsolete Kyocera connector with bottom contacts. Every other connector seems to be top contact. How does the footprint on the connector you got compare to the original on the T102 KB?

Yeah, that "someone" was me. The connector is working out very well so far for my purpose. I hope we can find a bottom-contact equivalent at some point. I finally found the 150mm length from a Chinese supplier, but it will be another month before they arrive. On this subject, someone recently asked me about a connector compatible with the T102 cable. The connector below works but it is top contact, not bottom contact as the original. I’m not sure if the PCB footprint will work or not. The person asking about it wanted to use a T102 KB on something else. If this connector fits the PCB both connectors would need to be changed. I have seen damaged connectors accompany damaged cables so I‘m not sure which part caused the original failure. https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Molex/52044-1845?qs=myiN7WxHr02CaqPxDU%252BHfg%3D%3D Jeff Birt
