I don't think I would have found the armory if it weren't for autolook. You wouldn't need a "look" command if you simply enable by default the part of autolook that always shows all possible exits when entering a room. By the way, I like that you included a list of all commands in HELP and a list of all destinations when saying HELP to the talking elevator.
The one place I think a little extra signage might have been called for was the final puzzle. It never makes it clear what the goal is until you win.
