for ringtones, I create my own. I use sound forge, but I think you could
even use gold wave to make them if you wanted too.  just know that to put
them on your phone, make sure you have created a media folder on your sd
card, and in that folder put an audio folder, and in there, you need to make
three folders,  Alarms, notifications, and ringtones.  I have made mp3
ringtones, but I also know it can handle ogg files as well.

I use www.funtonia.com for ringtones on occation, but I kinda like most of
the tones mny phone came with. Depending on the types of aps you want, I
might be able to help for accessibility... I mostly use fitness aps and a
few gps ones.
