Yeah, it's supposed to read when you double tap the screen, but mine only
does it about 10 percent of the time.
Otherwise, it just silences the ringing but reads nothing. I'm not sure why
it happens, and I haven't found a way around it. I don't know if others are
having this issue or not, or if it's just me.

depending on the phone you have, just double or triple tap, the screen,
when the phone is ringing, and it would read out the caller I.D.
if your phone has a qwerty keybaord, just hit the eter key if he phone is
open, and it would read out the caller's i.d. as well.
