You probably want to uninstall first. With that message happening, you will probably have to uninstall using the computer also. On the play store page, look for a “my libraries” link. Once you find that, you should be able to find MA, and unstall it from the phone that way. Once you uninstall, then reinstall from the computer. If you’re in the us, make sure you install “mobile Accessibility us”.

How could I re-install MA on my computer? I can't use the MA web browser right now. I can find the Buy button for MA on the Google Play website. Should I press that to re-install it? I'm totally blind and I don't have a lot of sighted people around, so I'd like to know what I'm doing before I start uninstalling things. Thanks. Seems the best way to fix is to uninstall Ma, then reinstall it again. From: Stephanie Lanari Sent: Friday, May 18, 2012 6:37 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MA] Big Mobile Accessibility Problem, Please Help Hi, I'm new on this list because last night my Mobile Accessibility suddenly stopped working correctly for no apparent reason. Now every time I try to access any feature of MA, like Phone or Contacts or Alarms, a message comes up that says, "This application is not licensed. If you have already purchased the application please make sure that your phone is correctly connected to the Internet." Then there is an OK button, and pressing that takes me to my phone's main Settings screen. Sometimes MA will repeat the message "Please register Mobile Accessibility" several times. This weird little barrier has kept me from making phone calls or doing very much else on my phone since last night, and I have no idea why. Something may have been corrupted for some reason. I bought the MA license last August and it was working perfectly until last night. Do you guys know how to get around this problem, or can I re-install MA without buying it again? Sorry to bother you guys, but I wrote to Code Factory last night and they haven't written me back yet. And I'd like to get my phone up and running again. Thanks a lot! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ ma_mailing mailing list [email protected] http://list.codefactory.cat/mailman/listinfo/codefactory.cat.ma_mailing -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ ma_mailing mailing list [email protected] http://list.codefactory.cat/mailman/listinfo/codefactory.cat.ma_mailing -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ ma_mailing mailing list [email protected] http://list.codefactory.cat/mailman/listinfo/codefactory.cat.ma_mailing
