Hello, Candy:
When calling your voice mail and you want to use the numeric keys to type in
your password, do the following.
Once the call is in progress hit your menu button, just once and it would
activate the numeric keys, but that is only if you have an independent
numeric key row. But if you don’t’ have a numeric row then hit your FN aka
function key, to activate the numeric keys. You should be able to type in
your password at that point.
