since there are multiple ways to access this, and depending on the phone, accessibility seems to be broken or handled differently, this might not work for everybody without sighted assistance. You need to get to manage applications. Because many people don't have ics yet, I will mention the one way that is almost universal. got to settings, maybe an icon on your stock home screen or as part of your apps tray, goto applications, go to manage applications, explore until you find the all tab, up down, left or right, try a left swipe to change pages and see if that works if in ics or jb. under all, explored down or swipe to expand until you find home, touchwiz, sense, or whatever your stock launcher is called on your phone, choose it, find clear default, choose that, tap home and a choice of home screens will pop up, explore to the bottom of the list and chose use as system defaults if you want the next selection to be automatic. now explore up and choose mobile accessibility and you have it. Note, that in some instances tapping home will still let you access the stock launcher but isn't always the case.

Hi:

How can I put Mobile Accessibility back on my home screen? All I have is touch whiz, and I have to find mobile accessibility every timer now. I'm not sure how this got screwed up. Thanks.

PS. I have the Samsung Relay7.
