If you saved them on to your sd-card, they would still be there. But if you reset your phone to factory default, and you didn’t remove the sd-card before resetting the phone, they it could of erased your sd-card as well.
But if you try playing all ringtones on your phone, I am sure you will find them there. HTH. good luck. So I just put the files right into that folder and they'll show up on that screen where u pick ringtones? Because right now all that shows up is songs like from my music player...And my default ringtones went away like the ones that came with my phone.
