if the default ringtones are the ones you are looking for... then just update your profile, firmware, and prl, and see if that would reset them back on your phone, or just reset your phone to factory default, and I am sure that would do it. also you can try to contact the carrier, to se if they can help you get those ringtones back on your phone.
