if the default ringtones are the ones you are looking for... then just update
your profile, firmware, and prl, and see if that would reset them back on your
phone, or just reset your phone to factory default, and I am sure that would do
it. also you can try to contact the carrier, to se if they can help you get
those ringtones back on your phone.
HTH.
good luck.

The only ring tones that are there are the sms ring tones...And they're from an
app I downloaded. Do I need to take my phone in to get the default ones back?

If you saved them on to your sd-card, they would still be there.

But if you reset your phone to factory default, and you didn’t remove the
sd-card before resetting the phone, they it could of erased your sd-card as
well.

But if you try playing all ringtones on your phone, I am sure you will find
them there.

   HTH.

  good luck.

But where did all the orrigional ringtones go?

there is another way you can add ringtones to you ringtone list.
just click on your music player, and have it play the ringtones, and then
hit your menu button and click on use as ringtone. it could be a bit annoying,
because all your ringtones or wave files would play, but the good thing about
that is, that you can pick and choose which one you want to add as a ringtone.

    good luck.

Thanks guys. So I just put the files right into that folder and they'll
show up on that screen where u pick ringtones? Because right now all that shows
up is songs like from my music player...And my default ringtones went away like
the ones that came with my phone.

When my son Neil and I were doing some things with my phone the other day, we
noticed the ring tones seem to be mp3 or mid.Cheers, Maggie. You’re right about
the ringtones folder. You could probably do wav files, but I prefer mp3 because
they are
smaller.--------------------------------------------------------------------------ma_mailing
