So, I managed to factory reset my Samsung Sidekick last night, and with the help of my son, re-installed MA. Where do I go to turn on the feature for MA to be used, as a screen reader, outside of Ma? Thanks. I am thinking I may just need a new battery, as the phone seems to heat up, when it is not charging, thus running down the battery rather quickly. Claudia
