Good morning, Claudia.

Try this:

Go to the apps (no 11) in MA.

Find settings.

Scroll down to accessibility.

Find Talkback and klick on it.
In the upper right part of the display there is a small button, which probably says "off". Klick on it and find the button "Use talkback". Klick it. Now leave talkback and find Mobile Accessibility which is just beneath Talkback. Klick on it and the procedure is similar. Now MA should work as screenreader for Talkback. You can now go back to MA. Please remember that some of the touch commands will change.

In the settings you can also set accessibility as when pressing the power button for 2-3 sec Accessibility is one of the options shown on the menu.

Please remeber: Do not turn off Talkback until you have launched MA.
Vise-versa: Do not turn off MA until you have turned on Talkback.
.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Arnthor Helgason
