He is hearing the Talkback through his Bluetooth.

However, he doesn’t know how to get to the messages on the phone, so he can
scroll through them, to see who has texted him.

Hello, Claudia:

It seems the problem is speech is not coming out through the Bluetooth.

Make sure the Bluetooth, is: “A2DP compatible”. That way the person can hear
the talkback, or the m.a, speech program, through the Bluetooth.

HTH.

Good luck.

Subject: [MA] Google Nexus 5

Hi,

Does anyone know how to use the Google Nexus successfully, with Talkback? A
friend of mine is having difficulty adjusting to the new phone. He is unable
to listen to texts, if he's missed their being read, through the Bluetooth.

He purchased a blutooth that uses the Motospeak software, so he can make
commands hands-free. He doesn't know how to find the texts physically on the
phone, so he can scroll through them.

Thanks.

Claudia
