He is hearing the Talkback through his Bluetooth. However, he doesn’t know how to get to the messages on the phone, so he can scroll through them, to see who has texted him.

Make sure the Bluetooth, is: “A2DP compatible”. That way the person can hear the talkback, or the m.a, speech program, through the Bluetooth. HTH. Good luck. A friend of mine is having difficulty adjusting to the new phone. He is unable to listen to texts, if he's missed their being read, through the Bluetooth. He purchased a blutooth that uses the Motospeak software, so he can make commands hands-free. He doesn't know how to find the texts physically on the phone, so he can scroll through them. Thanks.
