Hi Paul, I've been reading some of the feedback comments of users of 1Password under Lion, and there have been many people who have been asking for revisions. There seem to be a number of updates being distributed. The most recent official one is 1Password 3.7.1 posted yesterday. I think this is currently a bit of a moving target, and the conclusion that operations are more difficult under Lion is not a VoiceOver only complaint. So I don't think this has been discussed yet on list, and it certainly hasn't come to a resolution.
