Sound RTS and Audio Quake work, but they require some hackery to get running
correctly. Nothing like install and run.

You're mainly going to get small games that people make in their spare time, or
else ports from Windows. Trying to support yourself by selling accessible games
on Windows is a serious challenge due to the tiny market, and there are even
fewer blind people using Macs, so that is why there aren't any big titles for
the Mac.

In the past, most accessible games on Windows have been written in Visual Basic
and C# (using .Net). Those are strictly Windows dev environments, and can't be
easily ported. People used them at the time cause there was a lot of help for
newbie programmers, and the IDEs worked well with a screen reader. There really
aren't any technical advantages to using those environments, though. In the
future, people will hopefully use languages like Python that port without huge
effort.
