Hi Will, 

Yes as far as I understand it, there is an issue with Adobe not providing Flash 
accessibility o  OS X. But there is also an issue with VoiceOver not being able 
to access it. I don't know if the sec second issue is Apple's responsibility or 
Adobe's. However, Google and others like W3C are trying to implement HTML5 
which will provide developers with the ability to implement a lot or everything 
of what Flash currently permits. But I do understand your frustrations, and if 
you've found an alternative, then good for you.
