To add shortcuts for vo operations, you need to enable the numpad
commander, then you can assign keys on the numpad to any vo command
in the list, you can move the commands around, assign them to any
key, including regular, command, control, shift, and option keys.
If you don't have a numpad, then this method obviously won't work,
but I personally won't be w/o a keypad, so there you have it.
