Hi Tracy, Obtaining the micro sim is no problem whatsoever. You can either go into the o2 store and just get one, or indeed you can get kits that cut down the existing one. I'd avoid this latter option personally, as sometimes those cut-down sims are problematic. It may take a few minutes to switch your number to the new sim, but that's the only tricky bit.
