Hi Lynn and all, Actually, this is configurable on an account-by-account basis. You can decide for each one whether deleted mail is deleted from the server. By default the Trash folder you see is a local one, I believe, not stored on the server at all. I'd look into the Account settings in Mail preferences. Best, Zack.
