Try the following to change countries in the Mac App Store: 1. Launch the App Store on your Mac. 2. Press VO+I to bring up the Item Chooser Menu. 3. Type the word My to narrow down the items in the chooser list. 4. arrow down until you hear "My Store , country name, " and press Return. This should position the VO cursor on the "choose country" button which, on my Mac, is the last element on the page. 5. Press VO+Spacebar to activate the Choose Country button. This should open a page with a list of available countries. 6. Navigate to the desired country link and press VO+Spacebar. This will take you to the App Store for that country. Note that these pages all seem to be rendered in Safari, so you have the ability to navigate using the Web Rotor in addition to the Item Chooser to make navigation easier.
