Thanks for your thorough instructions. I didn't realize it's not possible to 
login to another store, having never tried to do so myself.

I thought about posting instructions for both mac and IOS stores, but couldn't 
remember if Jim has an IOS device, so I just got lazy and posted the one set of 
instructions. ;)
