Apple does not permit developers to put trial ware programmes into the App 
store.  As for the price being boosted because it's for the visually impaired, 
I'm sorry, I don't agree with that at all.  Yes, I grant you that it does 
happen on the Windows side of things.  But just take a look at what you're 
getting with your iOS device for free.  VoiceOver itself took a great deal of 
development and resources.  Apple opted to make that free for all of us.  The 
developers of this application do have to cover their costs, and as I said 
earlier whether or not you're prepared to pay the price is entirely a personal 
decision.

Don't get me wrong, I think the concept is a really cool one and a great idea 
for an app, I just think that a lot more people would be willing to give it a 
try if it only cost a few dollars, or if they offered a 30 day trial.  I can 
always hope that it goes on sale.  LOL
