I'm taking my mbp in to the apple store tomorrow and strongly suspect they'll recommend a clean install. With this in mind; I'm actually quite happy to start fresh knowing what I know now but I really want to keep my apple mail folders with message archives etc safe. Is there any way I can do this? Can I copy a folder chain and then copy back in place onto the fresh system or something?
Any help so gratefully appreciated. Thanks to all.
