ok, so is this something that one most get from their web site, or can it

I believe you can make tweaks, although to be honest I haven't had too. I
just installed it, entered my license data and restarted the machine.
When I plugged in an NTFS drive, it just worked.

Hey cool! Now just think, with this utility you could format a bootcamp
partition created with Bootcamp Assistant, remembering to restart back in
the mac of course, and hopefully install Windows in an easier way than
