Evening Esther (and all) I've been playing around with the link provided in the mail (below). I'd note that I was unable to perform the drag-and-drop operations using VO. I'll also add here that this could be as much about "user ineptitude" as a failure of VO and/or its implementation of drag and drop.
For anyone comfortable operating in the terminal, I found the following resource ideal and using it, I got the old airport utility installed.
