I should not use nice cast to do this. I would use audio hijack pro and run it 
through sound flower, then hijack your mic through sound flower as well and 
record the skype call at least since that will pick both you and the conference 
up.

If you want to use nice cast set sound flower as the output device and run 
skype's input through that. For output if your mic to sound floor you could use 
audio hijack or garage band which I can get to work every single time.
