Yes, this has been my problem.  Anne sent me some great info about using 
styles, but as you rightly say it's difficult to handle without the use of hot 
spots.  Since I need to hit the ground running on this one, and I need access 
to this functionality without delay, I may have no option but to use the 
dreaded Windows.
